This 8-week online course is based on Compassion Focused Therapy. It combines mindfulness with self-compassion practices, aiming to build self-esteem and self-confidence.

Please note: before your place on the course is confirmed, you will be required to complete a registration form after your payment has been processed. In the unlikely event you are not admitted to the course, your payment will be refunded in full.

• The instructor reserves the right to refuse access to the course where there is reason to believe that the terms and conditions have been breached, or where threatening, bullying, harassing or disruptive behaviour occurs.
• The instructor will not be liable for any losses or expenses (including the course fees and consequential damages) incurred by anyone attending the course.
• You are agreeing to the following cancellation and refund policy:
– A full refund will be given for cancellations made before 08/01/21
– 25% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations made from 08/01/21 to 18/01/21
– No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 18/01/21
