Notice: Please note I will not be continuing to offer group or individual therapy sessions until next year (2024). Thank you for visiting.
I am a Clinical Psychologist providing talking therapies for common mental health difficulties. I have over 13 years of experience working in the NHS treating depression and anxiety, including social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, health anxiety, worry, panic, post-traumatic stress and low self-esteem. Whatever you are struggling with, I’m confident that talking therapy can be helpful.
I work primarily using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and also draw on Psychodynamic and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Royal Holloway University of London, and postgraduate qualifications in CBT and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT, a brief Psychodynamic Therapy).
In my NHS role, I manage a team of therapists working across ten GP practices and provide clinical supervision, individual therapy and group treatments.
