Face-to-face individual therapy sessions are charged at £120 per session and online therapy sessions are charged at £100 per session. Please note, due to the current pandemic, I am only offering sessions online.
I am happy to provide a free initial telephone consultation to consider the suitability of therapy for you and allow us to get to know one another better.
Individuals sessions are 50 minutes long and typically provided weekly to achieve some momentum to the work. Generally, clients attend for 10-20 weekly sessions, but contracts can be shorter or longer depending on your needs.
I currently offer therapy sessions on Friday afternoons between 1 and 5 pm.
