I am a Clinical Psychologist providing talking therapies for common mental health difficulties. I have 10 years experience working in the NHS treating depression and anxiety, including social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, health anxiety, worry, panic, post-traumatic stress and low self-esteem. Whatever you are struggling with, I’m happy to explore how talking therapy can be helpful.
I work primarily using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and also draw on Psychodynamic and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Royal Holloway University of London, and post graduate qualifications in CBT and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT, a brief Psychodynamic Therapy).
In my NHS role I manage a team of therapists working across ten GP practices and provide clinical supervision, individual therapy and group treatments.
Please note that unfortunately I do not currently have capacity for individual therapy sessions. I am however running compassionate mindfulness courses and you can read more about these below.
